Jay Reviews: Ween - The Friends EP (2007)

Posted by Jay - September 27th, 2012

This week's review is "The Friends EP" by Ween.

Today I decided to go with something a bit quicker and more compact. It's a bit of an experiment with reviewing material smaller than full length albums, and at the same time I just felt like taking a slightly easier approach this week.

Sorry if you guys were expecting another request review, I'm still taking your previous suggestions into consideration, and of course you can always suggest more. I'm hoping to get one done next week. Until then, enjoy.

Comment Mod? Haha.

I think you should review White Pepper by Ween.

Hey, that actually sounds like a pretty good...WAIT A MINUTE.

you should review pelican's what we all come to need. they're an instrumental post-metal band, and one of my favorites. that was the first album I ever discovered by them, and it's one of their more recent ones as well.

I'll take it into consideration. :D

Tell me more about this "Ween" band. I'm not sure I've heard much about them.

Ween is eclectic, eccentric, but all over a very talented band.

I'd recommend "Chocolate and Cheese" as a good starter album, it shows off a wide variety of what they can do while still being an early album in their career.

I think you should give Eiszeit by Eisbrecher a listen. I know it's German, but why the heck not?

Foreign bands are acceptable.
